About Coaching on the Go

Hello there 😊

If you’ve seen my ad and want to know more, here are some of the things we’ll talk about on our walks, and some of the ideas that drive my program:

Part 1: The walk (30 minutes of walking and talking)

We will talk a lot about energy, spirituality, and the laws of the universe. We will discuss our beliefs about ourselves, both in relation to others and to ourselves.

We will also reflect on our relationship with our physical bodies, movement, and our experience of the physical realm.

We will talk about our connection to the Creator/the energetic world at large and its relationship to active versus passive. Active creation vs reactive creation.

Think of a body of water, and keep in mind that we ourselves are, in fact, a body of water (we are made mostly of water, thus we are basically water with consciousness). Look at a river versus a swamp. A river actively pushes forward, and the water is clean and healthy. A river is stagnant and is therefore prone to creation from a place of reactivity. Scum and bacteria build and the water becomes unclean.

Our bodies need to be in motion on a regular basis to keep our conscious water clean. This is not just good for the body, it’s good for the mind, and it’s amazing for the soul - our individual souls and the collective soul. So we’re not just helping ourselves by walking, we’re kinda saving the world. (it sounds crazy, but I believe, and have actually found it to be true).

Walking or running is not the only way to do this. And I do encourage a little bit of running with my clients if they can handle it. We’re working on reprogramming negative sides of our relationship to movement. Part of that requires building appreciation for the fact that we must create some stress to propel forward motion. People get very scared of suffering/pain, and that’s something I aim to work on with clients because, while avoiding all pain and suffering would be nice, it’s actually beneficial, both to ourselves and to the universe, to engage in some discomfort to move forward, stay, strong, and stay healthy, like the river.

Part 2: The meditation (20-30 minutes)

The second part of our meeting will consist of a guided meditation. We will enter a state of deep relaxation in order to prime the brain to imprint any positivity we milked out of our 30-minute walk-and-talk. Each meditation is slightly different and intuited upon the energy and topics of the session.

Meditation and or intentional deep rest is what makes us distinct from the river. We can move forward, we can run like the water in the river, but we must also spend time at rest. So after we’ve engaged in utilizing proactive energy to move as clean water, we now utilize proactive energy to rest with intention. While the nervous system is in a deep state of rest, we clean our consciousness, just as we’ve cleaned our water-bodies.

Reader, if you’re still with me, you should have a good understanding of what I aim to do with my clients. I appreciate your interest more than you could possibly know. I’d love to hear from you. Feel free to reach out or comment.
